As we step into 2026, we reflect on a year of growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact. Thanks to the support of partners, donors, volunteers, and community members, LUSO Community Services continued to deliver programs that empowered children, youth, families, newcomers, and seniors across London and the surrounding area. Every interaction we had represented a real story, a family finding stability, a newcomer gaining confidence, a youth discovering opportunity, or a senior feeling connected.

We were deeply grateful for the generosity of our community partners, whose support extended far beyond financial contributions. Local organizations, faith groups, and service partners came together to strengthen our programs and amplify our reach. Highlights include the London Police Service’s Project Santa, which helped families during the holiday season, and ongoing support from St. Aidan’s Anglican Church, as well as the Argyle BIA. Alongside many other partners, these collaborations exemplify the trust, compassion, and shared commitment that make our work possible.

Thanks to the generosity of individual donors, local businesses, and community partners, LUSO received approximately $35,000 in donations throughout the year. Your kindness helped ensure our frontline services remained accessible and responsive to those who needed them most. Each gift, no matter the size, together with the time and effort of our partners and volunteers, strengthened our programs, touched lives, and created a ripple of positive impact throughout the community. 

Looking ahead to 2026, LUSO remains committed to deepening impact, strengthening partnerships, and expanding access to programs that foster inclusion, well-being, and opportunity. We thank everyone who contributed to our work in the past 45 years and look forward to continuing this journey together.
