Through Community Connections programming, Permanent Resident status families and youth have the opportunity to build social networks and friendships, receive information about important issues, and develop new skills such as language, all of which encourage successful integration.

Throughout the year, a variety of activities and events are planned that allow newcomers to meet other newcomer families, learn about their community, and simply spend time together as a family.
